Guest guest
Corny, I didn't have any trouble making mine, but temperature is critical, and my kitchen happens to stay in the 70's. To me, it seemed like cabbage, salt & wait. What went wrong with yours? jim Mike E Cornwall wrote: > > Vilik > I have yet to get a good result from the recipe(s) I have tried. Guest guest
I didn't like sauerkraut growing up either, but my husband loved it. It really helped me to think of it as pickles as I love pickles. I just had a small spoonful each time he had it, and pretty soon it was tasting really good to me. All my life, my mom had said how much she hated sauerkraut, so I just hated it too. (lesson to moms......kids are listening.) Really, it is just pickled cabbage........and delicious. ---Judy
