Guest guest
Hi, I am new here and wanted to ask some advice. I dont own a blender yet but would like to get the vitamin I have read so much about. My granny had celiac sprue and lived on crazy meds to stop or lessen the terrible outbreaks on her skin, don't look like it helped much but she did take them. Anyway, I mention this because I have issues migraines, ibs-d, anxiety you get the picture. Docs are cool but I don't want to take meds for all these things and have more problems later on or now. I still have many issues but the meds decrease symptoms I suppose. I heard eating more fiber and vefpggies would help even take a supplement. It seems at first it does, then I get so symptomatic I just can't figure it out. I asked the dr to test mu blood and see if I had celiac issues and she said I was fine after the test. Do you think I could be sensitive to the gluten? Where are how do you test for that? What kind of diet, and whew what about those fibers insoluble vs soluble... It is so frustrating and I read or research all the time but it's confusing out there. I have a daughter who has an autoimmune syndrome called OMS. Very rare autoimmune disease where the innume system attacks the brain. She lives on steroids and IVIG (gammuglobulins)... What to do, what to do? Everything runs in my family, diabetes, obesity, heart prob and everything you can imagine. If you turn to vitamin and eat more fruits and veggies does that make tummy problems worse? Is it better in your experiences to just eat low carb? Sorry so lengthy but I am lost and ready to take charge of my health. Thanks for letting me join this group as I try to learn more!
