Sugar Substitute

I heard a lot of people on the Low Carb website talking about it .. turns out

it is just 3 different form of Sugar mixed together.

Lactose, Fructose and Sucrose.

What made me concerned when I went to look it up there were no nutritional

info provided by the company other than their claims of being low carb.

Some in the low carb community liked and used it but most did not. It took a

lot of online digging to find out the ingredients that also made me a little

leary.

if I were a diabetic, With it being 3 simple sugars, I would discuss the use of

it with my MD before getting or using.

But If you try it I would be interested in hearing your opinion

Thanks for your input. I read some negative reviews on it and decided against it.
