Guest guest
Funny you mention green wine. Back when I was in college, someone taught me that Green Hungarian wine was really a good addition to scrambled eggs, and I ate them like that for a year or two. Gee that was a long time ago. Guest guest
I saw this idea on another site and thought that I would share sinceI have been reading that some of you are having trouble getting the kids to drink their Vitamix smoothis. This mother had made long skinny food grade plastic pouches with her vacuum sealing machine. She then filled them with matural fruit juices--sealed them up and froze them. Thus creating her own " fruit pops " like the ones you see in the grocery stores. I would like to go her one better with my vaccum sealer by making the same type pouches BUT filling them (using a funnel with my Vitamix smoothies (green smoothies would be even better) --- sealing them and freezing them. Since kids always like frozen treats I'll bet they would slurp these right down---no questions asked. HTH!!!!!! Judy P.S. You could even reuse the pouches after a soapy wash and hot rinse. Check out sorbent sytems.com blog area to see for yourself. P.P.S. Just make sure you do this when the kids are not around or the jig will be up. Tee Hee!!!!
