Guest guest
Hi everyone- I made a smoothie this morning with coconut milk, kefir, spinach, bananas, and some frozen strawberries and blueberries. It turned out pretty good, but I let the smoothie sit in the cup for a little bit, while I got my stuff ready to go to work, and when I came back to it, it had turned to a jello-like consistency. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I am not sure where I went wrong. I keep stirring it and it's kind of thawing out to a lumpy mess. Any ideas? Thanks! Guest guest
I didn't see a reply come through for this so thought I would chime in. I noticed blueberries in your list of ingredients. These have a natural pectin and will jell once blended and allowed to sit. I see this quite often when I add them to my smoothies. I'll bet that is what happened with yours. RenaIf God brings you to it, He will bring you through it. Happy moments, praise God. Difficult moments, seek God. Quiet moments, worship God. Painful moments, trust God. Every moment, thank God.
