I ended up draining most of the juice from the the big can of tomatoes because it would have been way too watery (I reserved the liquid in case I needed it but I didn’t). I also added more salt (about 3/4 tsp instead of 1/4). Everything else I did exactly as written. It tastes pretty good! I was able to get it to the exact right consistency with the VM.
