Guest guest
I meant to mention this in my last post! We made these yesterday for a treat. I used real red raspberries and plain yogurt (instead of raspberry yogurt). My boys both gave a thumb's up (even my picky one). I left the flax out because I'm out. I love that it has almonds and oats in it. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/razzy-blue-smoothie/detail.aspx
Guest guest
Hi all,I am new to the list and have a question. All the recipes seem to use a lot of of each item. A whole cup of raspberries ect. Does anyone use smaller amounts of fruits and veggies?Kathy On Thu, Dec 29, 2011 at 3:00 PM, la-la-land.rm <ami@...> wrote: I meant to mention this in my last post! Guest guest
Any smoothie recipe can be adapted to smaller amounts (I use recipes as suggestions, not hard, fast rules ;-) Best to have enough ingredients to cover the blades though. A cup and a half is plenty. Can be done with a cup - but a cup and a half or more would be better… Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< On Dec 29, 2011, at 3:13 PM, Kathy M wrote: Hi all,I am new to the list and have a question.
