For peanut butter I purchase the big container of the honey roasted peanuts

at Costco and just run them at high speed in the Vita Mix. Add nothing.

Put in glass jar and enjoy. Not real thick but spreads nicely and tastes

much better than the commerical peanut butters.

I buy the roasted peanuts at the co-op, put them into my Cuisenart, add a

bit of sea salt and drizzle olive oil (I tried Coconut oil but none of us

liked it and since the oil isn't being heated, the olive oil works great)

and let it run until it's the consistency that we like. It's wonderful!

I do the NT recipe. I buy raw peanuts at the Wedge, soak them in salt water,

dry them in the oven, then blend them in the food procceser with sea salt,

raw honey and coconut oil. We love it.
