Butternut Squash soup experiment

Nothing with me ever goes right the first time but I know I am headed in the

right direction. I think I just have to measure better. I halved a butternut

squash, seeded it, put it face down in pan with some water and baked it until

soft. Let it cool. Put it into a tupperware because I wasn't quite ready to

make my soup.

Later took some ginger and a peeled carrot and buzzed it in Vitamix container

with a can of Cream of mushroom soup and about a cup and a half of warm water

with soup bouillion. I am not sure if I should have roasted carrot first or

used a smaller piece of ginger.

Next mistake, put entire squash into container with some pepper and curry

powder. Ran the machine on high but it was pretty full. I am not sure if I put

in too much pepper or ginger but it was very strong. So I took out half the

amount and put it back into a tupperware and added in some more water into the

container and a bit of sea salt. Ran the machine on high again and it is

better. I have a container of stuff in the fridge to doctor when I finish this.

Any suggestions for the future?
