Guest guest Posted January 18, 2005 Report Share Posted January 18, 2005 We tried some of Will's duck eggs for breakfast this morning-scrambled in some of Mom's butter with just a pinch of celtic sea salt and yum, they were good! They don't taste strong or wild, just like really delicious chicken eggs. The shells are suprisingly tough and the whites very clear. Definitely on the recommended list!
