I just finished my first four weeks...didn't miss a single workout!!!...and I'm ready to really re-dedicate myself for the second four weeks. I've not been following the BFL food plan exactly, so I think I'll concentrate on that in the next four weeks. I am down to my last two weeks of this challenge and have found myself to have totally blown practically all last week! You would think I could " be good " knowing how close I am to completeion (of THIS one). Anyway, I am going to try and put my best effort in like I did at the beginning...will have to re read some stories to get enthused. I have done fine on the workouts..only missed three this entire time (I was out of town for a half a week once)it's the food that is hard for me...I just love to have those drinks!
