I noticed it right a way too.  My first thought was that maybe after she uses her VM for a while she won't feel that way any more - ROTFL!!

Well that would be VERY difficult for me because I am obsessive about recipes and when I find a new one I like I tend to make it until I am sick of it, then I move on :-)My current favorite is like eating a big bowl of guacamole (kind of)…I start off with:1 organic cucumber (medium size)1 stalk celery1 thin-ish carrot1/2 avocaco1/2 peeled lemon (or lime)small slice of ginger3/4 tsp Sea Salt3 tbs Sesame SeedsI blend this on high using the tamper until it is liquid.Then I add greens or sprouts (the kind of greens vary) and process on whatever variable speed will chop up the greens into pieces, but still leave them with texture.The first stage comes out a funny color due to the carrot (which could EASILY be left out) but after chopping the greens up into the mix, the big bowl full of stuff is a rather pretty guacamole-like looking concoction.Today I am going to experiment with a sweet version of this called "Energy Soup" I will try:1/2 apple1/2 lemon or lime (peeled)small slice of ginger1/2 avocado1 cucumberStevia to tasteSunflower Sprouts (1/2 of the sprouts blended to liquid form with the ingredients listed above, and the other 1/2 of the sprouts chopped up into the mix for texture)BTW, this isn't exactly the same as most "Energy Soup" recipes you will find on the Internet. IMO "Energy Soup" = a sweet version of "Saloups" (Salad/Cold Soups)
