Personally, I don't recommend the "detox" type diets. Most people continue to take in toxins while they try to "detox", so it is rather pointless and hard on the body. I recommend just BOOSTING your nutrition with more whole foods, being careful not to overdo it on too many veggies and fruits all at one time, which is equally taxing on the kidneys. As your nutrition level goes up and you start to feel better, you are likely to WANT to make better food choices, and can wean off the bad stuff and start adding more wholesome things in. It doesn't take long for your body to start to recover, at which point you will quit wanting the bad stuff. Good luck and happy new year!Sent from my iPadOn Dec 27, 2011, at 8:51 PM, Navarro <navarrosarah@...> wrote:

Hi all, I have been eating very badly lately and I feel like crud. I would like to start the New Year off on a better note. Does anyone know of a good 3 or 4 day detox I could follow. I was thinking maybe I should do a 24 hour fast first, then start a detox, but I don't know what plan to follow. Thanks.

,This summer I did the Raw Diva’s 21 day smoothie challenge, it was amazing for me. I felt like a million bucks, actually going to start it again right after new years.http://bit.ly/vuvvcw Bonnie www.bonniesherbals.com“creating radiance with herbs and water” http://www.facebook.com/RadiantHealthforLifehttp://www.twitter.com/_RadiantHealthhttp://www.linkedin.com/in/bonnierogersComing soon: we are rebranding, our new name will be www.RadiantHealthforLife.com.com From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of NavarroSent: Tuesday, December 27, 2011 8:51 PMSubject: Need New Year's Detox Hi all, I have been eating very badly lately and I feel like crud.
