Don't beat yourself up too hard about being sick. I missed 4 days

early on because of a head cold that eventually moved into my chest.

I thought I was gonna cough up a lung or two. Take it easy, eat some

chicken soup, and recover.

Sheryll,

It sucks being sick, does it not!! Keep in mind that illness is one

of the ways of telling your body that it needs some rest! Don't push

yourself back too hard too soon. I usually start back with some

light cardio and stretching the first day to see how I feel. Good

luck and feel better!
