I missed 4 days early on because of a head cold that eventually moved into my chest. I thought I was gonna cough up a lung or two. Take it easy, eat some chicken soup, and recover. debra > I feel so guilty... I have missed 3 work outs > in a row... I got a head cold over the weekend & > just not in the mood to work out. Keep in mind that illness is one of the ways of telling your body that it needs some rest! Don't push yourself back too hard too soon.
