Guest guest
Hello Fran,I'd refrigerate it until one or two days before you will see them. Just like regular nut butters, the oil will rise to the top. After a week, I would think there would be a touch of oil on the top. Is that always, or only if it won't be eaten within a certain time frame? I want to make it and bring some to my family next weekend and want to know if I make it this weekend or early in the week, do I need to refrigerate it? Thanks, Fran
