Guest guest
Greetings, my name is Mike Skladany and I run a sustainable " good fish network " a local Minneapolis based seafood buying club that features sustainable salmon and halibut among other items. This buying club is part of our work to promote wild salmon, coastal fishing communities and great traditional eating. Here's how it works: I contact fishers in the Pacific Northwest, small family operations, and they ship flash frozen salmon steaks and fillets to us at IATP on 2105 First Avenue South. Cutting out the middle layers allows us to sell wild salmon, halibut etc... at a very good price. We will be offering smoked wild white king salmon at $14.00 per pound in ..5 pound vaccuum packs. We also will be offering wild salmon and halibut steaks and fillets at around $10.00-11.00 per pound. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like to order some of this unbelievable fish. Once it arrives, you can pick up your order at IATP, 2105 First Avenue South in Minneapolis. For more information, please call me at 612-870-3402 or e-mail mskladany@... Best, Mike Skladany, Director Fish and Marine Conservation Program IATP 2105 First Avenue South Minneapolis
