Someone mentioned 27 million sites, which gave me a laugh. Rather than wading through all that, maybe see if you can get a book on juicing from your local library, which should probably give you a lot of info on many fruits and vegetables.

YES there is!http://www.whfoods.com/ For some reason their search feature doesn't work but every time I Google "nutrients in a (fill in the blank)" I get their website as a top hit with the page I am looking for. For example, I searched "nutrients in a carrots" I get this page:http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice & dbid=21

fruits and veggies. Good starting point and vitamix friendly! Also great for

new parents. ;p
