Guest guest
Someone mentioned 27 million sites, which gave me a laugh. Rather than wading through all that, maybe see if you can get a book on juicing from your local library, which should probably give you a lot of info on many fruits and vegetables. Guest guest
http://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/index.htm This website breaks down food by vitamins and nutrients contained in different fruits and veggies. Good starting point and vitamix friendly! Also great for new parents. ;p > > So at the demo the lady kept saying put in a carrot for this benefit, cabbage for that, etc. > > Is there a site that lists what foods have what benefits to them? >
