I've been watching my intake and I've been doing really good:) lbw this am. We went to our favorite burger place and discovered they aren't as satisfying as they once were. I did manage to choke down about 2/3 of it(lol), but I ordered a tot and only ate about 4. They just aren't as tasty as they once were. We decided not to waste our $ on fast food anymore. Pizza every couple wks (hawiaan w/ lite cheese/fresh tomatos) or maybe a healthy seafood meal. That's enough of a treat. No more pure grease and simple carbs---yuck! A free mostly healthy meal once or twice a week seems to work for me. I'll drink all my H2O/ eat a couple small healthy meals.
