We can do our regular swap meet as well, but I think it would be fun to do a taste testing on one type of food each time. I'd suggest the RAW VIRGIN OLIVE OILS for the first one. I bet we could find 10 good ones to taste test. Just last week I got 4 new ones. I've always enjoyed good OO but going to Tuscany this fall really got me intrigued. Rebekah and I went to many olive groves and saw the whole process. Now, we " get it " . I love the oil sold by MVV and it is now my new favorite. Jim C also brought me a Sicilian version that definitely belongs in the Tasting Review. It's the cloudy green kind that is filled with nutrition and so, so fresh.
