Went to a demonstration today

Whole Foods had a demonstration today, LeeAnn sorry you didnt get to do this one

but we'll meet up in October.

It was very good, I enjoyed it a lot.

I was able to share with the guy doing the demo, a little tip I learned here

with the nut butter.

He was talking about how to make nut butters and then added that this is a good

time to clean out the blender, and he was showing how to clean the blender. So

I mentioned what someone here said, to make a milkshake and it would use up

whatever nut butter was left in the bottom.

He liked that!
