Big bowl of lightly cooked fresh  broc and a handful of baby carrots, big handful fresh spinach,Can of cream of celery soup low sodium low fat,1  fresh tomato, fresh parsley and tarragon, stalk of celeryAll put into my VM and blended to smooth. I had a cup of cottage cheese so threwthat in and blended just a bit more. OMGosh is it good. I buy the big big bags of mixed vegiesand broc from Sams so just open and put into a bowl, rinse and pop into micro for 4-6 min untilmy liking. As much vegies as I use it is actually cheaper. Could easily serve thisover noodles although we do not eat noodles, potatoes or rice. Could just use chicken brothif you don’t like the cream soup but we had a can so why not.  I don’t follow recipes much when making soup or smoothies. Hubby just had some major dental workso smoothies or soup are the food of the day for the next few weeks. He does not like bananas but most otherfruits and vegies I can get away with.  He has no idea how much of both I am getting into him. I just play arounduntil I like what I taste.
