Guest guest Posted October 10, 2011 Report Share Posted October 10, 2011 I started out with one apple quartered and seeded and some french vanilla yogurt and cinnamon. Just wanted a dish of something sweet. Added some ice and honey because it wasn't what I was craving. After the ice it still didn't seem sweet enough so tonight I was bad and added some white chocolate morsels. It was no longer a dish of something but more like a vanilla shake. However, it was delicious and hit the spot. I try to be healthy most of the time, but occasionally it is a guilty pleasure to add in the chocolate.
