Feeling the need to speak up.

OK, I have been hearing many stories lately from a relative. Her BF has a

brother 27yo with DS. He lives at home with his mother, brother and some other

siblings and their significant others. Almost no one in the house has a job.

I was told by this relative - " oh, the state pays his mom to take care of him -

that's her job. "

I have never heard of anyone being paid to take are of their child with special

needs. I can only guess that this family lives off the meager SS payment give

to the 27yo with DS. No one else in the house is on disability. Am I just

being paranoid, should I just mind my own business? is there anything I can do

to alert authorities - it might just make the situation worse.

Is this illegal, or only WRONG!
