I too watch carefully the amt of carbs and simple carbs in my diet .. not diabetic but know the dangers.. an am a devoted protein eater.. Probably more than I should but milk always seemed a waste to me. nice with Oreo's but I don't eat them any more so whats the point. When I found almond milk I was hooked. Taste was great, calories,carbs etc were great.. just wish they made almond milk yogurt..
