Guest guest
OMG where do I start? We are seeing the pediatric neurosurgeon tomorrow about his spinal issues and the fat tissue along his lumbar region. Anyways I put in a request from Childrens for medical records, they had already sent one big packet and the actual images on CD. Anyways I got another package in the mail, some duplicating but one in there that caught my eye it was done in feb of 09 and I'm surprised no one caught it until I saw it. It was an abdominal view (the urology NP ordered it) anyways it says on there as one of the findings is that there is bilateral coxa valga at the proximal femurs - curious I looked it up online and it is caused by some other syndrome (1 of 24) basically his thigh bones are up and down instead of at an angle. I don't know if it is the causer of his moving slower and slower everyday. Like this morning we overslept and I had to bring ry to school and he wouldn't run, kept rubbing his upper left thigh and hip area and saying owie. I know he is going through puberty and going through a growth spurt and I don't know if this " new " problem is going to be causing future problems or his current problems. I just don't know anymore.
