Guest guest
A cooking friend of mine runs a restaurant. She bought a quantity of almond milk sometime ago and has some questions about it. I have never used a nut milk of any kind but I told her about this group who have experience with it and told her I'd ask you. This is her note to me,And thanks everyone.TerryThanks Terry. From what I can gather, it seems it can be used in baking more easily than cooking which makes sense. I have three 1.8 litre containers to use up so that's a lot. I would like to know if it goes bad and if so, how does one know? Also if I add vinegar does it sour like regular milk? That way I could use as butter milk. wendySent from my iPad
