Shari,

What were some of the tidbits that you remember from Sherill Sellman's

breast cancer workshop? And what did you like about the lecture by Arden

Andersen on Real Medicine, Real Health?

I can share some from my notes.

In Dr. Sellman's Protect Your Daughter's From Breast Cancer.

-U.S. leads world in breast cancer

-250,000 cases UNDER age 40 this year

" Genes might load the guns but environment pulls the trigger "

-only 5-10% of breast cancers are from inherited gene.

-Oral contraceptives and post menopausal therapies are carcingenic to

humans.

-Infertility treatments (Clomid sp?) also cause cancer.

-#1 drug given to women for breast cancer (Tomothogen sp?) is carcinogenic.

-90-95% of hysterectomies NOT needed

-Girls as young as 13 on pill for acne

-You don't menstruate while on the pill, it is a forced bleed.

-Starting pill in adolescence increases risk of breast cancer 60%.

-Endometriosis caused by chemicals in environment

-Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome-major cause is sugar-prediabetic condition

-Ovarian cysts caused by chemicals and stress

-Lots of antibiotics use increase chances of breast cancer

-Antidepressants increase risk of breast cancer 70%

-Can heal arthritis if take out wheat and pasteurized milk (gave personal

testimony)

-using cell phones is like putting head in a microwave

-25% increase in brain cancer last 10 years and on the rise.

-even more damaging for children under 5 years of age.

-ringing or dialing out is when phone gives out the highest radiation

-Not a single child is born free of synthetic chemicals

-Phthalates in nail polish now, perfumes, hair spray and soft plastics...bad

stuff

-scotch guarded, flame retardant clothes very bad, thyroid disruptors.

-Soy very bad for young, only use fermented

-eggs and butter will chelate metals from the body

-positive effects of chemotherapy-25% in most cancers only 1-2% in breast

cancer!

And something I never thought of...all these people taking drugs....90% of

the drugs they take end up in their urine-hence the food and water supply.

Enough tidbits?

Shari

I guess I liked Arden Andersen's lecture the best because I agreed with

everything he said including looking at the bible for answers to what we

should eat today. Also, whenever I listen to someone like that I try to

picture how others I know will take it. His talk wasn't too technical so I

could get others to listen to it.

I knew I was getting his tape so never took any notes, but another thing I

remember that I liked was when he talked about what kids eat today. He put

the blame on the parents. Children will eat it if the parents will!

And one good saying he said throughout the lecture

" Envirnoment determines genetic expression "
