Guest guest
I was just looking through the links and read the one on " Goitrogens " that discusses the need to cook some of the cruciferous vegetables. Is this true? I hadn't read this anywhere else -- although I am very new to this way of eating. Thanks for any info you can give me on it. What are Goitrogens? Article by HH Economist on Cruciferous Vegetable www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/2010/10/think-raw-veggies-are-best-think-again/ (There must be a better way to post a link than what I just did. I'll look for that tomorrow.)
