Guest guest
My 14 month old daughter eats via a pump while sleeping. She has been sleeping in a co-sleeper in our room and we have been elevating one end by sitting it on rolled blankets. We make a u shape " nest " to keep her from sliding down to the bottom of the co-sleeper. She is now moving around so much that the u shaped " nest " is not going to be effective much longer.( She does have a crib in her own room, but she has not been using it.) We are considering purchasing a crib mattress wedge and a Tucker Sling. Has anyone used one? Does anyone have any other suggestions for elevating the co-sleeper or crib while keeping her from sliding to the bottom of the bed? Another question for those with a BARD button. Those with a BARD know the feeding tube does not lock into place and easily comes undone( What a mess!!!) We may need to get rid of her morning nap soon , if so she will have to eat while awake. Any suggestions on how to keep the tube in place other than having her sit in a seat for the entire hour of the feeding.
