I am on my free day of my first week on BFL and I am loving the

program so far. I have already seen a difference in my clothes, I am

wearing jeans that I couldn't even button up before. YAH! A little

about me... I am a 28 y/o mother of three (8yr and 18mo twin boys). I

have had bilateral carpal tunnel for years, so I am starting out

slowly as far as the weight training is concerned. I am in the

process of insurance approval for a medically necessary breast

reduction surgery. I am trying to loose some weight before I go in

for the surgery, so *that* is why I have arrived at BFL. I am

wondering if I were to loose the 20-30 lbs that I want to, and with

the weight lifting, if that would be enough to get back to a normal

life? My question for all you women are, have any of you noticed a

large size reduction in breast size, from getting in shape

physically?
