Guest guest
I got a CD with Dr. Wu discussing the benefits of the veggie smoothies from one of Jeff's classes last year. I am sorry to hear Jeff no longer acknowledges Dr. Wu. Vikki “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond imagination. It is our light more than our darkness which scares us. We ask ourselves – who are we to be brilliant, beautiful, talented, and fabulous. But honestly, who are you to not be so? You are a child of God, small games do not work in this world. For those around us to feel peace, it is not an example to make ourselves small. We were born to express the glory of god that lives in us. It is not in some of us, it is in all of us. While we allow our light to shine, we unconsciously give permission for others to do the same. When we liberate ourselves from our own fears, simply our presence may liberate others.” - nne on in Return to Love: Reflections on a Course in Miracles >From: " " <gaiacita@...> >Reply-oxyplus ><oxyplus > >Subject: Re: Re: vitamix >Date: Wed, 10 Oct 2007 16:53:15 -0500 (Central Daylight Time) > >Do you mean that you have a book that actually mentions Dr. Wu? Guest guest
Yes, that's why I said it must have been a falling out. Because if not he'd still have Wu's cds and/or mention him by name. He refuses to say Wu's name at all. In his classes now he just says " my teachers " and it's always plural. And his food cd's are just him talking about what the food does--which is exactly what he has written in his book. And it seems a real shame that I can't find Dr. Wu's information or cd's anywhere else. I think they are a HUGE benefit towards healing. Guest guest
So,I had a Vitamix in the early 90's and it was not good. I want to purchase one for my husband and I. Do I get the 5200 or the 4500? Is there a big difference? Please advise. Most people say vegetable and fruit juices are really not that beneficial. Thanks, Judy
