Guest guest
By checking out a lot of these sights, you can see that they eat pretty much the BFL way. Does anyone know if weightlifters have been eating this way for years and many of us never heard of it until reading about BFL? -Shaun P.S. Some of those pictures REALLY make me feel like I'm looking at porn. ;-) Re: Results - Height/Weight - Phooey! <<I don't feel that I should weigh as much as I do at my height (I'm only 5'2 " ). Guest guest
For those of us over 5'4 " (say maybe closer to 5'10 " ), is there a similar list? > By checking out a lot of these sights, you can see that they eat pretty > much the BFL way. Guest guest
Yep, BFL is a pretty standard bodybuilding diet. The principals have been around for years. Bill's genius wasn't that he invented it, but that he explained it so well. RE: Results - Height/Weight - Phooey!
