After 2 drinks. I won't try anything with mustard greens again.

I was trying to eat raw for 10 days.

Lasted 24 hours. I have 2 steaks on the grill now.

I think I'll keep ingredients to less than 5.

I keep adding stuff. Oh wait. flax seed or this super food etc.

Lunch was made in a 2200. Makes me appreciate my 5200.

i lasted a few days on raw but i started to feel foggy in my head -- like i needed protein, i mean MEAT protein. lol  so i made a burger.  i am going to try to limit my meat intake to a minimum though and eat more fish than beef.  the thought of chicken still gags me, so does pork.  bleck!!!!!
