Guest guest
Here is what I made for my mother: 6 g cocoa butter 6 g shea butter 8 g sweet almond oil 6 g olive oil with oregano 6 g emu oil (I also have substituted this with cayenne infused in olive oil) 6 g beeswax melting the cocoa butter and the beeswax, if liquid, stir well, add shea butter and the other liquid oils. don't heat anymore! stir well again and add the following essential oils: 5 drops tea tree 15 drops lavender 3 drops patchouli 5 drops peppermint 3 drops sandalwood stir well, pour in a small jar, let it cool without a lid. Apply 2-3 times daily. If you have some calendula oil, you can add it as well. Guest guest
for my arthritis i use red peppers (the " hotter " the better) infused into olive oil. i use this oil, mixed with wax to make a salve. i also add a bit of peppermint essential oil to the mix as it cools. it seems to help. just remember to keep it away from your face! cee
