What do you NOT have to peel or seed?

So....I don't have a VitaMix yet so I can't experiment or myself.What are things that you would normally peel or seed in a regular blender that you don't need to peel or seed when using the VitaMix?  I looked back at old threads from since I've been subscribed to the group and saw Lea Ann's suggestion not to include anything bitter.....

so no really thick peels (citrus, avocado, banana), no pits (mango, avocado).....gives me some idea of what NOT to do.....but how about things I can include that will save me time and give me more nutrition?  eg apple seeds (hear they have cyanide), celery tops,  what else?

Trying to justify the anticipated purchase by savings of time and money!!!Thanks, Elissa
