Hi!

For the lady who said she hadn't been able to find powdered whole milk in

her area, I would suggest trying a specialty grocery store that carries Latin

American foodstuffs. I have found powdered whole milk there in packages and

in large cans. The label says " Leche entera en polvo " . Apparently whole

milk powder is sometimes used in Latin American recipes.
