Hi :

I use about 7 mls per 250 mls of bath salts (in a 2-cup/500 ml mason jar)

(about 3%) to be used a quarter cup at a time, or half a cup at most.

That's a tsp+ a half per 2 cups for US measurements.

You can go a little higher (up to 4%) for some mild (less-irritating)

scents like chamomile or lavender. I figure a stronger scent should be

coming from a candle, room spray, hydrosol or diffuser instead of in your

bathwater where your " sensitives " might not appreciate it :) (ask anyone

about the minty tingles they've unwittingly had) Using a similar scented

soap helps boost scent as well.
