(Actually, I changed to a combo flax- safflower-something else blend, but you get the idea.) I was way too chicken to just eat a spoonful of it, so I throw it into my smoothie every morning. All I taste with that is the berries that are in there, too. Maybe you can try mixing the oil with something to help hide the taste. It might also help you digest it better.
