Sorry this took me so long. I'm on the daily digest and don't always check the

messages every day. Here's the link:

Its a basic recipe, but I roast all the veg (tomato and peppers) on the grill

and boil for far less time than is suggested. Basically, I use the recipe as a

ratio for safe salsa canning but combine them in my own way. I do alter the

jalepeno/hot pepper amounts for heat, since sometimes I have scotch bonnets or

other peppers I need to use up that have varying amounts of heat. Don't know if

you use Allrecipes, but if not, I find that it is helpful to read the top few

reviews before starting any recipe.
