Due to the fact that I have a need for my " happy pills " ; I take

effexor for depression, I cannot take any of the fat-burner type

products. I do drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning. I use

protein shakes (2x/day) and creatine (5mg/day). I have been losing

just under 1% body fat a week (on average). I haven't lost many lbs

of scale weight (maybe 3 or 4), but that wasn't really my goal. I

only had about 10lbs to lose, anyway. I am on wk 6. I can't

complain!
