I claim I am totally DUMB as to the benefits or problems with using coconut..

can one of you tell me a good location online to read up on the good and the

bad..

The only thing I am aware of with coconut oil is in the use and treatment of

patients with Alzheimer's...

thanks for any direction you can provide.
