Ok, I just used 's BF calculator and it says I've lost 11 pounds

of fat and gained 0 pounds of muscle. Does this mean I'm losing

muscle or I'm just at a standstill at this point?

Nope! And, JMHO, I would take it with a grain of salt. It is safe to assume that

you've built a pound or two of muscle in that time too. You can't be doing the

BFL workouts without getting at least a BIT fo muscle. You have to remember that

these scales/calcultors ar all based on averages of sizez/people's

measurenments.

What did it say that your bodyfat is now, what was your starting bodyfat? What

are your current and your starting weights?

I started at 169, 43% BF. Now I'm 158.5 and 39% BF

Definitely-- here you go! :)

You started out at 169 and 43% bf. That gave you a lean mass of 96.33 pounds

and the " non-lean " rest weighed 72.67 pounds.

Now, however, at 158.5 and 39%, You have a lean mass of 96.69 pounds and your

" non-lean " is 61.81 pounds.

Your lean mass has gone up slightly (around 1/2 pound) at the same time as your

fat went down by 11pounds.

That is terrific!! It is really hard to gain muscle and lose fat at the same

time. The trick is to not lose lean mass while you are losing fat, and you have

done that. So, whatever you are doing, keep doing it!!

thrilled!!!!!!!!!! And what I thought was sort of a crappy week

turned out to be AWESOME!

could you tell me what renee's calculator is..........and how i can do weight

loss verses muscle gain............i know i have lost 16 lbs but i certainly

know i have gained muscle too.......there is just no way to tell how much

muscle i've gained!!!
