Now add a squirt of chocolate syrup or a dap of peanut butter or we sometimes use a bit of a flavored coffee mate; my wife just loves these. Glad you posted this ,It is a perfect segue into a recipe I made this morning that I wanted to share...My middle son wants to replace his daily dose of Ritalin with coffee, so I made him a drink just like this this AM. I put 1 cup of Rice Milk (that's what we had on hand) 1 packet of the Star Bucks instant coffee (Via I think they call it) a cup of ice, a spoon full of raw cocoa powder, some stevia, and a big hand full of spinach. The dark from the coffee and the cocoa "mostly" covered the green of the spinach. If you weren't looking for it - you probably wouldn't see it. He loved it and I was glad to get some greens in him - he's my worst eater!

Holly,Yes! Lea Ann is fantastic, and this is a wonderful group!  Your recipe sounds just delicious - I can tell you'll have no trouble at all whipping up some beauties in your Vitamix.  It does make things so nice and creamy doesn't it?

Oh, that was Holly posting her first delicious venture with her new Vitamix!  :)  It sounds like you two had similar ideas.  I'm glad your son enjoyed this!  I need to get some greens into my son too, but he's sworn off drinking them for now, darn it.
