Dennis McGuire, PhD and Chicoine, MD wrote the book entitled

" Mental Wellness in Adults with Down Syndrome " . We are thrilled that another

book on caring for adults with Down syndrome will be available.

We have a copy of " Mental Wellness in Adults with Down Syndrome " if you

would like to borrow the book from the DSC library.

Subject: looking for photos of people with Down syndrome

Greetings!!!

Dennis McGuire and I are eagerly anticipating the publication of our second

book. This one will be on physical health issues for adults with Down

syndrome. We are hoping it will be out this summer.

We are looking for photos of people with Down syndrome to include in the

book. The photos should be of people with DS " involved in life " -- with

family, in recreational activities, working, etc.

The photo should be emailed to Stokes at Woodbine House. She also

needs a signed photo release (see attachment). She can email information as

to how to get the release to her.

The photos in our first book were primarily photos that Woodbine had

available to them because we didn't have photos to give to Woodbine. It would

be fun to have more photos of people with DS that we know in this one.
