Guest guest
In my experience, steaming or roasting the carrots first makes for a tastier end product, so if you try this soup raw and don't like it, give it another try with cooked carrots. To make cream of carrot soup, you can toss in a hand full of cashews! Guest guest
What about almonds? I tend to have them in the pantry more often than I do cashews. em / TN
