Guest guest
As the article implies - kelp is truly a wonder food. I eat kelp every day. Our soil and foods no longer have trace minerals and most Americans are iodine deficient. If you aren't getting trace minerals in SOME form, you are deficient - you CAN'T get trace minerals from food anymore.Kelp is great!I also take Supreme Fulvic Minerals http://www.supremefulvic.com/ I like to mix it up… Blessings,Lea Ann SavageSatellite Beach, FL(321) 773-7088 (home)(321-961-9219 (cell)))><'>www.VitamixLady.comwww..com<))>< On Sep 8, 2011, at 7:17 PM, flnancy1958 wrote: http://www.terawarner.com/blog/2011/09/happy-shiny-seaweed-%E2%80%94-kelp-the-miracle-plant/
Guest guest
I use kelp and various other seaweeds often. They make a wonderful broth and base for sauces, and are simply marvelous to drink as a hot drink when you feel a cold coming on. I use dulse and hajiki, combined with kelp as a standard mix. I use seaweeds at fertilizers for my plants, rather than using manure or chemical fertilizer, by adding them to veggie scraps and blending it as a " compost tea " for my plants. > > http://www.terawarner.com/blog/2011/09/happy-shiny-seaweed-%E2%80%94-kelp-the-mi\ racle-plant/ >

Guest guest
I just save all of my veggie scraps and peelings in a large mason jar in my fridge. When I have a full jar, I blend it with a little water, kelp, hajika, arama, (seaweeds) and a little baking soda or peroxide if my soil needs adjusting. I store the "tea" outside in direct sunlight, which keeps it from going moldy (although it does sometimes, and for certain plants that is okay) I have a hose sprayer attachment that I put some of the tea in, which will combine with water coming from the hose when I spray my fruits and veggies. I am not a fan of manure in any form on my food, so I use this instead. I use kelp and various other seaweeds often. Guest guest
I have some dried seaweed and think I might add that to my V8 concoction for the salt flavor instead of the soup boullion. What could be bad? It would change the color, but I have gotten past the color. > > http://www.terawarner.com/blog/2011/09/happy-shiny-seaweed-%E2%80%94-kelp-the-mi\ racle-plant/ >
Guest guest
I eat kelp almost every day too. If not in my smoothies, then chopped up small in a salad.
