Because the spirochetes in the eye are so close to the sight receptors in the

back of the eye, they are, in essence, magnified so you can see them clearly.

I specifically asked the doctor about that. If you could look in the eye with

a microscope camera as a spirochete floated by, you would be able to

photograph it. It would be a great way to prove active infection, but I don't

know where you would have that done.

In talking about PICC lines, Lovette said

You can by something called a " CASTGARD " (I think that's how you spell it.)

It is a rubber cover which slips over the arm to keep a cast dry. My daughter

used it for her IV's and was even able to swim with it. We actually use two

on top of each other. It worked very well - in fact, she water-skied with it

and went to a water-slide park with it and had no problems (that she felt well

enough to think about water-skiing shows how dramatically IV antibiotics can

aid in the fight against Lyme). The top of over is very tight , so you need

someone to help you get it over the IV sight. Check with your doctor or IV

nurse if you have any concerns.

You can buy the Castgard in medical supply stores and some pharmacies. Your

local pharmacy can probably order it. Well worth the money, especially for

kids.

>I thought all floaters were spirochete shaped and always have been normal?

Floaters can also be non-descript blobs, (sometimes just cells that have

broken off from the inside of the eye I seem to remember - but better check

that with someone who knows what their talking about). Many " perfectly

healthy people " get floaters (Of course many of you have been told you are

perfectly healthy, so I'm not sure what that term means.) especially as they

get older I think.

Marci wrote about floaters,

>he told me that there was no way that I could

>see something so microscopic.

Marci's doctor should talk to my optometrist, who said of course you could see

that in the eye. Sounds like logical optical physics reality to me. If you

put a microscopic cell near a bunch of microscopic vision cells, of course

they'll be able to see it. Anybody remember Gulliver and his description of

the giant princess (or was she a queen?)?

Can't help but be struck by all of Whitman's medical problems which sound like

potential Lyme problems. Too bad we can't get her some time to read the

newsgroup. It would sure be nice if someone cultured and microscoped her

appendix for Lyme (and other tick-borne diseases?).

Floaters are behind the lens, so the lens serves no purpose in magnifying the

floater, but it does concentrate the light coming in behind the floated, just

like the light condenser on a microscope does, therefore making it possible to

see the spirochete in the eye more clearly.

Marci said she can actually see the nucleus in her spirochetes. Anybody else

get that much detail? Would be interesting if everyone who sees these could

draw a copy of what they see in detail while looking a a well lit white

background. Do it before you look up what a Borrelia really looks like. I am

going to compile all these floater testimonials and give them to my

optometrist. Maybe he can get the info to someone who would be able to pursue

it as a research project. So if you make a drawing, send it to me via snail

mail (e-mail me personally and I'll send you my address if you have a

drawing.) And if you have more details about your floater experiences, please

post them or send them to me at cramoy@....

I think I will also do the visual migraine effects and other visual

phenomenon, so post or send it all and I will compile it.

My opthomologist says he can see the floaters in my eyes. Maybe, one of

you with the corkscrew floater could get your eye doctor to look at it

and see if it's still a corkscrew shape. I would think that would make a

great research project for some one in Lyme.

Hi Carolyn,

Thanks for clearing that up....isn't the human body amazing? The

majority of my floaters are not corkscrew shaped, rather like teeny threads

or hairs, the spirochete shaped ones are rare. Remember that movie, or was

it a TV show, " Fantastic Voyage " where the scientists were shrunk to

miniscule size and put in the human body??? We could sure use someone in

our bodies finding the little buggers. LOL!

Hey, maybe Marci should just go to see your dr? :-) I too am sick of getting

new glasses, only to have the rx change within months. I gave up and just

don;t see as well now.

Hello Cat here: Lori this is in regards to your needing foot surgery I

have not had that done but I did go through two neck surgeries and I

would honestly get 2 more opinions if I were you. Everyone is different

but I can tell you

that these had somewhat of an adverse effect on me . The pain I have

became more chronic andthe numbness and tingling got worse. Again

everyone is different but I.m a firm believer in 2nd and 3rd. opinions

keep me posted and good luck.

A recent post mentioned Rhonda's notes from a Carbone seminar on

archives. Can someone please tell me how to retrieve them? I don't see

archives as a choice, or see it posted on Files either. I would like to do a

search but I need the filename.

Thanks!

Hi ,

Thanks for helping me get " on board " ! Love reading all the post from

everyone. But I've asked some questions that I haven't gotten a response to.

I guess there are so many, people just lose track of all the questions. I'll

try again later, maybe.I'll be talking too you . Bye for now. ita

,

Everybody must ultimately make their own decisions on what to take, but it

is MOST important to get ALL the information available when making that

decision. If you don't know what is really the cause of a medical condition

it makes the treatment much more complicated and usually impossible to

completely resolve. And Yes some serious diseases CAN be almost completely

resolved and good health restored if you ELIMINATE the cause of the disease.

Many of the people on this list have been more often harmed by over

medication than under medication but of course there are some conventional

treatments-especially in the area of emergency medicine that are life

saving, but the patient-consumer must be critical and aware.

What type of unit do you have? According to Beck, he would drink it all day

long. Ozonated water gets ozone into your GI tract, which is good for you in

the proper quantity. This website has tons of information on ozonators -

click on Vapozone (interesting). http://healingtools.tripod.com/linksi.html

Ozonated olive oil can be used topically on virtually any skin condition, or

for an underlying problem in a specific location. Also can be used as a

suppository, or swallow some. But, according to a man who makes ozonated

olive oil commercially, it takes a medical ozonator (with much higher output

than a UV bulb) 2 weeks to make olive oil stiffen. Also, you have to use

oxygen from a tank or O2 concentrator as the supply gas. If you use air, as

in using an aquarium pump without an O2 tank, then you also get trace

quantities of nitrogen compounds also altered by the ozone. One of them

becomes nitric acid when it contacts the moisture of your mucous membranes.

Saul Pressman sells Ozonated Olive Oil http://www.plasmafire.com

The website is under construction now.

Listers, Does anyone have any experience with the ozonator? How much

should a person with cancer drink per day? How long should the water be

treated? Does longer treatment time result in more oxygen being

delivered to the body? Re ozonated olive oil--about how long per ounce

should the oil be treated? Any info, experiences, or thoughts on

treatment of cancer appreciated. pj
