Guest guest
To answer your questions, Dulse is a type of sea vegetable. You can buy it at Whole Foods in a packaged of dried flakes. They taste salty and good on salads and in soups. The Kombu is another kind of sea vegetable sold in strips from Whole Foods. A couple of years ago when I had a routine blood test, my thyroid reading was high indicating I was leaning toward hypothyroidism. I talked to a friend of mine's brother who is an accupuncture doctor and herbalist and he recommended I eat sea vegetables, specifically fucus. It worked and my thyroid readings were normal on my next blood test. I am allergic to fish and I am a vegan, so I can't get iodine from eggs or dairy or fish. This is why I resorted to eating sea veges and now I love them.
